30 days to change your mind
You can return any book within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. This applies to US orders, including school and group orders.
Damaged, defective or wrong books
If a book arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days. We pay for the return and refund or replace the book, your choice.
How to return a book
Email contact@ruedeslivres.com with your order number and the books you want to return. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us.
Return shipping
For a change of mind, you pay for return shipping. For an error on our side, we pay.
Refunds
We refund the price of the returned books to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving them. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the whole order is returned because of our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the book for a refund and place a new order.
