Summary
The authors (Randall Schwerdorffer, with the complicity of Franck Spengler) detail and analyse six upbuilding criminal cases and draw up the socio-judicial portrait of a society in which morals, whatever their nature, are increasingly present in the courts and courts of law, seeming sometimes to be free from the law.To make the law prevail, and nothing but the law in the media and judicial space has become a true priesthood in a society where it is the "normal" that prevails over the "legal".Through these six cases, the authors point out some of the drifts, and in particular the unequal treatment of criminal cases between men and women at the expense of men. A social atmosphere that leads inexorably to the future contraction of sexual relations in response to the excessive abuses of the #M movement.
